Initial Consult

This is the first consult with Dr. Phillips - 75 minutes
Follow-Up Consults
$295 Each
These consults include the 6-week and 4-Month follow-up after the initial consult as well as the ongoing follow-up consults scheduled every 4 months thereafter - 30 minutes
Brief Consults
$150 Each
These consults are used only in conjunction with Pellet Therapy or for special and rare consults where more time is needed with Dr. Phillips - 15 minutes
Pellet Insertion Fee
$300 Each
This is the fee for a pellet insertion. Pellet Insertion is a procedure where slow-release hormone pellets are inserted into the fatty tissue found just under the skin of the upper buttock or “love handle” area. The potency of pellets depletes over time so this procedure is repeated every 12 weeks for our female patients. Please note that Dr. Phillips does not offer pellet treatment for men at this time.

It is difficult to quote an actual pharmacy price as everyone's body is different, and the need for pharmacy varies among patients. THE PRICING SHOWN IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE! Some patients will spend less on pharmacy, and some will spend more. The majority of pharmacy that is ordered will be compounded specifically for you and will be bioidentical hormone formulas.

Like pharmacy, it is difficult to quote an actual price for supplements since every patient has their own supplement deficiencies. THE PRICING SHOWN IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE! Dr. Phillips is an advocate of supplements in conjunction with proper diet, and she will create a treatment plan which includes supplements for deficiencies identified. You probably are taking some type of supplements now, but the supplements Dr. Phillips will prescribe are pharmaceutical grade for your best possible results.
LAB TEST PRICING*
Lab testing is a requirement for the services we provide. Costs for lab testing will vary for each patient. THE PRICING SHOWN IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE! A super bill will be provided to the patient with diagnosis codes which will be needed if the patient chooses to file an insurance claim on their own.
Urine Testing For Female Hormone Levels

The urine test is an accurate test for female hormone levels, for cortisol curves showing the effects of stress, and the measure of metabolites which offer a view of how efficiently the patient's body is utilizing various hormones.
Serum Testing For Initial COnsult - Men

Serum Testing is an accurate test for male hormone levels, and also the standard for blood analysis in men. The initial consult requires an extensive bloodwork panel, and this testing can include vitamin levels, cholesterol levels, thyroid function, adrenal function, heart and blood health, and so much more. The follow-up consults only require bloodwork testing for abnormalities that Dr. Phillips is to monitor.

Saliva Testing

We use saliva testing for cortisol curves to show the effects of stress in men, and on a rare occasion, we might use saliva testing to obtain female hormone levels. Several types of tests are available, and this pricing shows a range of costs depending on the type of test ordered.
